One of the biggest advantages of having your treatment completed at Pearl Dental is the continuity of care. Some dental centres use different providers for your surgery, your prosthetics (the fabrication of your teeth), and then refer you back to your regular dentist for follow up. With three different individuals involved there are obvious limitations to this approach.
At Pearl Dental, Dr. Currie oversees every aspect of your treatment; from the consultation, to surgery, to final teeth fabrication, and even your regular check-up visits. Many of our patients who had their implant treatment completed over 10 years ago still attend our practice for regular check-ups and appreciate the assurance that they are being looked after by the same team that originally delivered their ‘New Teeth in a Day’ implant procedure.
Dr. Currie graduated from McGill University (1996) with a first-class honours degree in Biochemistry and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Western Ontario (2000), graduating with distinction. Dr. Currie was one of the first dentists in the GTA to perform the All-on-4 ‘New Teeth in a Day’ procedure and has even performed live surgeries at courses teaching the All-on-4 ‘New Teeth on Implants’ procedure. Dr. Currie has been providing full mouth implant services to patients in Burlington for over 10 years and most of those satisfied patients still attending his practice to this day
Dr. Currie travels regularly for continuing dental education to keep abreast of developments in the fields of Dental Implantology and Cosmetic Dentistry. He has studied with many of the leaders in the fields of Dental Implantology and Cosmetic Dentistry:
